Price was great, an affordable Model 3 and a down to earth and decent host.
Pickup was flawless- contactless, very convenient We got exactly what we expected from the vehicle

The vehicle was not mechanically sound. The brakes and rotors were grinding extremely loudly and there was a loud creaking/popping noise coming from the driver side. I was going to not even post a review but the host had the audacity to try to charge me $33.00 because it wasn’t at the correct charge when returning the vehicle. I had to find an alternative way to get to my destination then return the vehicle early as it was deemed by Tesla as unsafe to drive after I sent them a video of the noises the vehicle was making. The “host” didn’t even offer any sort of compensation. I’d post the video and screenshots of our conversation if I could. The best thing I can tell you is find another host to rent from. This host shouldn’t be on Turo at all.
This was a learning opportunity for us with our first EV to the fleet. Jeremy gave us really good descriptive feedback that we actioned to improve our future guest experience.
We also credited you 15% toward your next rental with us if you decide to give us a second try.
