Pick and drop off was very easy, host was super communicative and helpful! Car is reliable to get you from point a to point b, only issue I ran into was the smell of cigarettes was a little overwhelming for a long drive and the rear view mirror is tinted and difficult to see out of. Other than those small minor things the car is in great shape and runs well!

Took a while to find car in apartment complex. Gps sent me to wing side of complex

We are sorry that your GPS sent you to the wrong area of the complex. Remember to check the pickup instructions sent prior to your reservation's start, as it had detailed instructions as to the parking spot number and area of the complex to find the vehicle.
Car was great! Ride smooth, little interior stuff was broken but didn’t really affect the ride. Pick up and drop off was easy.
