Customer service great. Very communicative and pick up drop of was fairly easy. Car was clean. The vehicle wasn’t the best in my opinion. Acceleration is extremely slow and would make loud noise. Couldn’t reach freeway speeds in good time and felt unsafe pulling into traffic without a lot of time/space. Braking also lacked as would have to press pedal to floor at points to come to stop in time. Overall car got the job done:)
Hi Angel I didn't realize that you were having all these troubles while on your trip. You rented from us a couple weeks ago and never mentioned anything to us while on your trip. I do have my cars regularly checked by certified mechanics, also I drive them myself and hadn't encountered such issues. Thank you for your review.

Steve and the car were great! The car was well taken care of and I felt cared for too thanks to his attentiveness. He reached out so I knew there was a snow brush in the car on a snowy day and the car wash membership when the roads were covered in salt and dirt. The car got great gas mileage and was a pleasure to drive! I was sad to not be able to extend for another month due to it already being booked!
