Very dishonest host!! He claimed I retuned the car 3 hours late, and charged me an extra day plus additional fees. I reached out to turo with proof the car was returned 1.5 hours early and they immediately refunded me.
When I reached out to the host to ask why he charged me, he lied and said he reached out to turo to have charges refunded and the system automatically charged me because I didn’t return the car to a particular lot. I confronted him and told him that was not true and called him out abt the attempt to charge me for false charges. He still wouldn’t acknowledge that he made an error and made up a lot of excuses.
Please use caution with this host and make sure you document everything and check your charges.
