P I felt that there was a lot of hidden fees dealing with your company
Worst guest experience I’ve had. The vehicle was returned extremely dirty, inside and out. Despite that, I still gave the guest a 5-star review to be courteous. Unfortunately, I received a 1-star review in return because of fees charged by Turo, which are completely outside of my control as a host. Please keep in mind that host ratings should reflect the vehicle and hosting experience, not Turo’s platform fees.
