I had a disappointing experience with Turo in Las Vegas. The car was not at the airport as expected, but across the street from the rental center, which made pickup inconvenient and quite difficult having to wait in lines to take the bus to and from the drop off location. The directions came in late, so finding the car was a hassle. Inside, the car was not very clean—there was white residue and old mud on the mats and seats, which was unpleasant. The trunk button had tape on it because the original plastic had worn through, and the rear window wiper was falling off.
On the plus side, the car ran fine and got me to and from my destinations without issue. However, the vehicle itself leaves much to be desired, lacking features like a backup camera or GPS options. The communication with the host was good and quick, and the app was easy to use.
Overall, I wouldn’t use this service again due to the inconveniences, all the fees, mileage restrictions, and the condition of the car. It’s just not worth the trouble.

ISAAC is a great host. The pick up location was amazing and easy to get to, awesome instructions, great little car. Got me around the valley to had a blast this is why I use Turo!
