The car is nothing special and a bit overpriced but gets the job done. The host however is amazing at communicating and the process is smooth and easy. Definitely a positive experience

Everything went smooth customer service is was perfect!! Only issue was when I open the gas tank to put gas, I found a clear white bag and inside was white powder, I am in 8 years of law enforcement currently employed with them. I reported this and to turo, who ever is in charge of cleaning needs to look. I could of went to jail for something that was not mine, please look better in these cars people can get in serious trouble
