Love love this car!! Second time renting it..car was clean and smelled very nice. Got gas on full and had no issues at all.host was responsive and answered any questions I need. Will be renting again

I had a below satisfactory experience with this host. While the car itself was relatively easy to locate and generally clean, there were several issues that made this rental frustrating.
First, the vehicle had a strong odor of marijuana upon pickup. The host acknowledged this and offered a 10% discount on a future rental, which I do not plan to use.
Additionally, the car was provided with only about 1/4 tank of gas (I have photo documentation). Despite this, after returning the vehicle—with significantly more gas than it was given—I was incorrectly charged a refueling fee.
I reached out to the host immediately to address this issue and request clarification, but they have not responded and have since gone completely unresponsive.
Overall, the lack of accountability and communication, along with the inaccurate charge, makes this a disappointing experience. I would advise others to document everything carefully if booking with this host.
