I was able to drive the car but the condition of the car was really bad inside was dirty, seats were stained , the was not cleaned the cup holder the dashboard was dusty, the paint was peeling on the top of the car and the hood of the car. The car didn’t look like the picture and I was told it was wear and tear but you do
not have the picture up on the profile to deceive customers and the front passenger bumper was hanging. I was told this car has been in Turo for 3 years and also the maintenance light kept coming on saying 29 more days if I the car was in that condition I would not have reserved it and I only drove it because I no other vehicle but I was really deceived when I got there to pick up the car. Appearance is everything when you are running a business. Turo should have better checks and balance when they let someone put their car for rent. This is the first time I have experience this since I have been using Turo.

Car rides well but besides that
The car was dirty had stains on the car seats the car was dirty wasn’t vacuumed out had a smell too it also the picture of the car is the the car but the car have damages scuffs and scratches I wasn’t happy with the false advertisement along with the tidiness of the car in the future this owner needs to have a better smell make sure this car is clean and take pictures of the car so customers can see the car they getting in I won’t be renting from them anymore I also was over charged they charge 117$ a day just too rent I never payed that much before I payed 350$ in total for 3 days that’s a lot on top of the car bein in the condition it was in
