Freddy was exceptionally well as a host. He upgraded me to a Hyundai Elantra when the other vehicle needed repairs and kept it at the same rate. Upon arrival he took my phone call and answered all my questions. He even gave me some leeway until 6AM to return the car. This is my first time using TURO and because of Freddy’s exceptional I’ll continue using TURO.
