The car was not safe to drive

Hi Andre, the Jetta was test-driven and inspected pre-trip — no check engine light, listing unchanged. We replied within minutes about the brakes, kept asking follow-up questions, then located the car on GPS ready to swap or retrieve it. You stopped responding and drove it 2 more days until calling Turo roadside right at trip’s end — unfair to ding responsiveness when you ignore us. Same car, your 1st trip you rated us 5/5 across the board. Hope for a better experience with a different host.

Great car no issues very clean. Although some discrepancies on the arrival time by the owner of the vehicle, he quickly adjusted and compromised with me to make my experience a 10/10!
