Hey, I really need that refund back. I also received a message saying that I returned the Slingshot late, which is not accurate. I will be contacting Turo now that I have time, because the vehicle had serious issues when I picked it up, including a strong gas/fuel smell, damage to the passenger-side floor, and concerns about the vehicle’s safety and reliability.
I was hoping we could settle this directly without involving Turo, but if I can’t get this resolved, I will have to move forward with filing a formal complaint and dispute through them. Please let me know how you would like to handle the refund.
