Hey, I really need that refund back. I also received a message saying that I returned the Slingshot late, which is not accurate. I will be contacting Turo now that I have time, because the vehicle had serious issues when I picked it up, including a strong gas/fuel smell, damage to the passenger-side floor, and concerns about the vehicle’s safety and reliability.

I was hoping we could settle this directly without involving Turo, but if I can’t get this resolved, I will have to move forward with filing a formal complaint and dispute through them. Please let me know how you would like to handle the refund.

i’ve told this owner many times since i picked it up something wasn’t right
he went on to tell me it’s normal and nothing was wrong with it when he dropped it off
i go on to talk with my buddies that night on ones that have owned these and everyone said this is not normal
my music cut out constantly, did not shift normal, was extremely rough ride, light came on during the drive but went off over time
before i even left the neighborhood i picked it up from i asked for a refund and drop it back off i was then denied that and told nothing was wrong and i informed him i was worried i would get charged for this when i haven’t done anything and he informed me i would not be charged
