The car ran great but it was not clean during pickup. The owner did express that beforehand and explained why so I was thankful.

Battery disconnected over a dozen times.
Registration expired.
Gas was 1/8th of a tank short.

Hi Gregory, I’m sorry your trip didn’t meet your expectations. The Jetta is front-wheel drive, so some wheel spin in the rain is normal. I had the updated registration tabs ready, but the car had been out on a long trip, so I couldn’t install them before your rental. I also offered you another vehicle due to the battery issue, but you chose to keep this one. Finally it’s not required to be given on a full tank. Turo requires the car to be returned at the same fuel level it was received.
