Hi Vivian, thanks for leaving a review. You had reserved the car from 5:30 with drop off time at 5:30 a few days later. You asked if you could drop off later which I responded that it’s no issue for me but you must change the time on the app. The app does calculations automatically and since you were extending your drop off time, there was a charge. I dont have control over this. Making the time change on the app is important to ensure that we both are covered w turo in case of any problems.
I loved this car, The features made me want a Honda lol!
