The pick up was horrible. He sent an uber and no address but parked car on side of road at an apt

The address was provided as I explained in our exchanged messages. I provided pictures and info on turo. Maybe next time check the app? Instructions are listed as well. But anyway, thanks for the review. Your 1 star for a pick up that went so “horribly wrong” but I didn’t hear about it till days later, is great feedback. I’m glad everything else for you went amazing :)
I had to pay $ 24 for airport parking because owner did not leave the ticket in the car , not fair , she mentioned I will get a refund from Turo , I returned the car on June 24 and I am still waiting for the refund !!!

Aloha. I did leave the ticket in the vehicle, and I can provide the pictures as well where it was left. I don’t pay for ticket fee’s as it’s stated in the reservation. I willingly decided to refund you because sometimes things happen. I was trying to be understanding.
As for the refund, I messaged you via your phone number on turo on June 27th asking for another way of payment since turo would take a few days and I would rather pay it now. I again followed up via turo. Mahalo.
Was good got pulled over for some issues regarding the car…otherwise great on gas n a good car
