Extremely happy with my rental! I booked the wrongs dates but they were so accommodating and made sure I got the vehicle within 30mins. During my rental, I accidentally locked my keys inside the car. I reached out to my host and he immediately came out to me and opened it within 30 min. So happy

The car was damaged when we picked it up I uploaded videos and pictures of it. The host then said we damaged the vehicle. The hose took pictures in the middle of the driveway of the parking lot and so we moved it to take pictures when we got in the vehicle because that’s where he left it.
Zero out of 10 and would never rent from this renter ever again.
The AC barely worked. There were two different keys. We would get locked out of the vehicle on a regular basis.
The locks didn’t consistently work, so couldn’t always lock the vehicle.

This review was posted only after the guest was held responsible for damage caused during the trip and disputed the repair costs. The vehicle was delivered clean, fully inspected, and in excellent working condition. The A/C, locks, and all systems functioned properly, as confirmed by our inspection and many previous guest reviews. All pre-existing cosmetic imperfections were documented before pickup and provided to Turo.
