Fantastic experience! Communication was excellent throughout – friendly, kind, and very helpful. We were picked up from the airport and even received some delicious snacks. We also got great local tips and recommendations. The return process was smooth and easy, and we were even driven to our hotel afterward. The car drove perfectly and was very comfortable and easy to handle.

If you are coming to Kauai and in need of a car, we could not recommend Mimi’s Nissan enough! The car worked great, it has been maintained very well, and was very clean. Our hotel was super close to the pick up location. Pick up/drop off was super quick and easy. The main reason why I recommended Mimi was not because of the car, it was because of Mimi. She is absolutely wonderful! She gave us so many recommendations of things to do, places to eat, and all of the hidden gems of the area! If we ever come back, we will definitely be renting from Mimi again!
