Fun ride

The car was great. I didn't really care for the third party app.
Also, the interior windows are extremely dirty. More importantly, the front windshield. When it's dark and light is shining in, it's hard to see through.

Other than that it was a great car. Thank you!

Great car, was clean and drove flawlessly. Great service from the owner in promptly answering any questions we had.

Hard to keep going through this company.

First off, they are a rental company operating through Turo. So not a personal connection and someone who feels compelled to work with you.

Second, being a company, they feel it within their rights to drop the car off a half a day in advance in short-term parking and leave it to the customer to pay. In my two experiences with them, I had to pay $16 and $28. Not on par with expectations within Turo.

When engaged, they are either dismissive (as when I questioned the $16 parking charge) or blow you off (when a "supervisor" would have to get back to me about the $28 charge, but never did.

Controls for their cars are an issue as well. Every time when starting a new drive you could not unlock and start the car without having to restart the third-party app multiple times. One other time, the app wouldn't start the car and customer service had to do so for you.

Overall quality of the Tesla was lacking as well. Wind noise so significant it sounded like the windows were down when they were closed. Luckily the audio was good enough to drowned out the multiple rattles in the vehicle, though.

The customer service team was friendly and easy to get a hold of, so at least that part was nice. But the overall experience was one of my worst with Turo.
