Overall, I had a good experience with this rental, and the trip itself went smoothly. I personally love Prius.
There were, however, a few issues worth mentioning. The host seemed very concerned about the car being returned clean and even asked me to take it to a car wash before returning it. That was surprising because Turo's policy is that guests should return the car in roughly the same condition it was received, and the vehicle wasn't particularly clean when I picked it up.
The rearview mirror was loose and held in place with tape. I noticed this had already been mentioned in previous reviews, but it appears the issue still hasn't been fixed.
Looks like the installed the back up camera instead. Additionally, the right headlight wasn't working. We reported it to Turo and received a partial refund for the issue.
Overall, the rental was okay, but I hope the host addresses these maintenance concerns and has more reasonable expectations about the vehicle's cleanliness.

The host could have set a cleaning rule and the car was clean when I provided it. The guest had a 3-star rating with the comment “poor communication and trashed my car”. So I just needed to make sure.
No one complained about the rear view mirror, and it’s totally functional. The right headlight was fixed before the next guest picked up the car.
The guest returned the car without filled the gas even I clearly send a return instruction.
Overall it was okay. Aloha.

Works good. Old but served its purpose. Seat covers and the hard floor mats were a nice touch. Trunk is a bit hard to make sure it latches. Rear camera is a nice touch. Car has lots of minor scratches and dents. Take pictures. Would rent from again. Thanks for the great communication.
