The car drove great and had great gas mileage. Rated 3 stars because the communication wasn’t great. The only reason I booked this car was because there was a child seat available. I requested a child seat when I booked and when I arrived to pick up, there was no child seat. I tried calling and texting the owner and no response. About an hour later I heard back and she said she couldn’t find the child seat… I even offered to drive back to her house and get the child seat, but again, no response. The phone charger in the car was broken. I ended up having to buy a child seat and a car charger while on my trip.
Also, the owner sent a message before I arrived that said the car needed to be filled up with gas before returning — she sent another message with instructions for when I return the car, but that message did not mention the gas. After a 10 hour flight, jet lag, and a 4 day trip to Hawaii, a gas reminder would have been appreciated more than a $32 fee when I returned home.
Again, car was great — communication not so much.
