Sheena was perfect at communicating and arranging very easy pickup and drop off. The car was clean and ran fine. The only small issue was the brakes pulsed and caused some vibration when applied. Feels to me like the brake rotors need replacing or machining.
Thank you for the feedback. I had a standing appointment for service the next day so I made sure they had the brakes checked and changed.

Amazing experience! The car is in great condition, easy to drive around, super clean. Apple Carplay works perfectly. The host is friendly, responsive, and flexible and the instructions are clear. Overall a very smooth experience, 10/10!
