I was disappointed that i alerted them the 1st night (7 nights ago), that there was a blinker out, and the only response i got was “send a picture”. How do you send a picture of that?
Impossible. They never contacted me to discuss it, even though it’s illegal to drive without a working blinker.

Our experience with this rental was incredibly frustrating. The vehicle broke down during our trip, leaving us stranded. Since it happened on a Saturday, we were unable to reach the host because they were closed. Instead, we spent over three hours on the phone being transferred between multiple representatives, trying to figure out what to do. The entire process was confusing, stressful, and far more complicated than it should have been.
After finally arranging a tow truck, we still had to pay for an Uber back to our hotel which was 50 minutes away. The company only reimbursed us for half of the Uber cost, even though the breakdown was completely out of our control. To make matters worse, we're still waiting for a refund for the rental vehicle itself.
A reliable rental car is the bare minimum expectation when traveling, and when something does go wrong, responsive customer service is essential.
Unfortunately, we received neither. We lost valuable vacation time, dealt with unnecessary stress, and are still waiting for this situation to be resolved. I would not recommend renting from this host. Try to find someone local not a company.
