There was a pretty large scratch on the passenger side of the car but the host did add photos of it at check in. Other than the exterior not looking like the photos it was fine. Check in is always easy and check out was fine. We were asked to clean the car at the end of our trip so that was kinda inconvenient but thankfully we didnt make a huge mess so all good there.

All ok. Car had minor damage, didn’t affect drivability. Rented two surfboards, never got them. Communication with owner was difficult.

Great car, drive very nicely and was perfect on the road to Hana! The hosts were very responsive and were able to give us recommendations for what to do on our trip! Would highly recommend.

Our first time. Worked well. A little strange in the drop off because the gate to the lot was locked at 6:15 when we dropped off car so we’re unsure what to do.
