Very clean full tank enjoyed the drive and host was very polite with return they even left a cold water when I picked it up.

This vehicle should not have been available for rent in its condition. Upon pickup, there were no instructions provided regarding where to locate the keys, which made the check-in process unnecessarily frustrating.
The vehicle was also not clean. The windows and exterior were covered in dirt, and there was an oddly shaped mold or stain on the hood that resembled bird droppings or debris that had been left there for an extended period.
More importantly, there were significant safety concerns. The alignment was clearly off, and the driver’s side tire was severely worn on the inside, causing a hard shake in the steering wheel while driving. During a gas stop, I noticed the tire was nearly bald. It was extremely concerning because a tire in that condition could have blown out while my family and I were on the road. Thankfully, it did not, but I no longer felt safe driving the vehicle and ended up parking it for an entire day of my trip.
In addition, the oil/check engine warning lights and other dashboard warning lights came on during the rental. The only positive aspects of the experience were that the vehicle had a full tank of gas at pickup and the air conditioning worked well.
I strongly encourage the owner to thoroughly inspect, maintain, and clean the vehicle before renting it to future guests. Safety and cleanliness should be a priority. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had, and I would not feel comfortable renting this vehicle again.
