Tiff was gracious enough to allow us to pickup the car an hour early and the car itself was clean and worked fine. Id been told we’d have a 240V charger which i was dependent on which in the end was absent which caused us to stop more and ended up taking a lot of our time in the end

All the instructions were very clear and Tiff was very courteous. It's really easy finding the car and pick up a drop off were a breeze. Convenient location to get in and out of Manhattan as well. Definitely recommend renting this great Tesla Model 3.

Such an easy rental experience! Can pickup / drop off with ease with keyless entry, car is beautiful and comfortable. Tiff is also very responsive
