Omar was very helpful and responsive throughout the trip. He gave clear instructions on pick up and drop off which we appreciate a lot. Car is in great condition, would recommend!

The car was a little dirty. The host didn’t give instructions on how to get into the parking garage or how to get the key. Also no instructions given on how to return the car. Had to message back and forth to get this information from him. Talking with the apartment receptionists was more helpful than anything.
