The worst experience ever although the issue was a system error in the Tesla and not the hosts fault the way they handled it was really rude. I rent turos all the time and I’ve never had any issues the Tesla was registering that it was -30° outside and so the car was pushing out hot air, even when the AC was off and New York was experiencing a heat wave when I tried to get the host to help me troubleshoot it they told me they couldn’t and for me to roll down the windows. I own a Tesla and I called Tesla Myself, which they confirmed they could troubleshoot on their end with a system refresh but the owner had to call in. I relayed this to the owner and they did nothing. I paid over $500 for less than 48 hour Rental and ended up having a heat stroke and was offered no resolution no troubleshooting nor a refund not even a partial refund. This was the worst experience and honestly, I don’t know if I’ll ever use Turo again because of it.

The car was great - only problem was that some of the panels squeeked whilst driving which can be quite noisy on a long road trip.

The car runs fine, but it has a strong Marijuana smell inside. My family and I are non-smokers, and despite trying air fresheners, the odor has not gone away. Additionally, the exterior has a lot of dents and scratches but overall the car operates Fine.
