Amazing car and service. Simran and her team were very communicative and helpful in coordinating pick up and drop off. Highly recommend!

The owner showed up late, as he skidded and hit the guard rail in the rain, (low tread on the rear tires. So there was damage to the car. The car also was not full of gas 7/8th of a tank. But most importantly this car has a bad shudder, around 95 MPH, i told the owner but he said it was "normal" and that is how he got the car. He also said that the dealership said it was fine, Showing that he complained to them about this also. It is not fine, the tyres have a problem with them and the car is unsafe to drive. We were worried a tire would .blow so we cut our driving short as we felt unsafe. I said you can come pick the car up early and he said no. I asked for a 50% discount, because of the issues and he said no 15%, i told him this was not acceptable and that iwould complain to turo and not give him agood review.

Absolutely top notch experience. This car is incredible. If you’re into exotic cars or just looking for something extremely fun this car is great for drivers of most experience levels. Keep it in “normal” mode for a moderate experience or “sport/sport+” for a more spirited driving experience. Simran’s team made the pick up, drop off and all communication very easy. Can’t wait to come back to rent from them again!
