It is important to note that the vehicle was not provided with a pre-existing hole. This damage occurred during your rental period and may have resulted from an impact, such as encountering a pothole while driving. Furthermore, we did not receive any communication from you regarding this issue. Additionally, you returned the vehicle with a flat tire, and we were not notified of this condition.
