Car: great. No mechanical issues or problems. Everything worked as described.
Host: tiff is great, easy pick up and drop off instructions. She really has it down to a science with the location and easy access into and of the garage. Also available for contact if needed.

Car was good, however there was a hub cap that popped off from a previous ride and some slight wear and tear. The car drove just fine and got us safely to our destination and back.
The check in is a bit tricky with a lock box (marked by an office chair) that’s a bit hard to see from the entrance of the floor in the parking
garage where the car was. However, the host was promptly responsive and locating the lock box was quickly resolved. Great car for the value especially if you want a seemless pickup and drop off.

Everything was great for the car except how it was advertised. Car runs smooth but has a donut tire on the front passenger side. Also a little bit of uncleanliness in the vehicle but overall this car is convenient and good for running errands.
That was not a donut! The hub cap fell off in previous trip and we could not replace it on time. The wheel was exposed, but it was a fully functioning wheel and tire. A car with a donut is not rentable, I would have never given a car with a donut to the guest. Of course the hub cap is now replaced and the car back to looking fabulous again
