if i could give 0 stars, i would. the car was in terrible shape; a tear in the rear seat, shaking the entire time at highway speeds, needed an alignment, speakers were blown, rear drivers side door wouldn’t open from inside, undercarriage hanging down scraping the road the entire time. when i brought the issues up to the host and stated that i was expecting a partial refund, i was told that no refund would be issued. do NOT rent a car from these people!!!

Unfortunately you hit a pothole and destroyed the suspension.
The car has been repaired.
Amazing I’ll rent again!! Host was very helpful and quick on response will definitely be renting again
