The car had empty gas tank when I got it, and no washer windshield fluid, so I had to worry about filling the tank and wiping my windows from all the dust and dirt right off the bat. The knob for adjusting volume on the steering wheel was broken. The whole car rigged of weed. It ran fine though.

Car was not ready for pick up in NJ. I had to wait for host or the co-host (not sure who he was) to move another car from in front of the rental in driveway. I then had to drive car off property prior to taking pics. Car was not cleaned ....it wasn't dirty but it was clearly not prepared for a guest. There was multiple boxes of motor oil, and a gallon bottle of windshield washer fluid in the trunk/hatch of car so if I needed to use that area I could not as it was full of items. The car was not filled...received with a little over half tank of gas. Pink card in window for failed DMV inspection. To top it off when dropping of the car it took 2 calls and then a text to get the code for the lock box. Book at your own risk. Was the worst experience I've had so far on this app...and I've been using Turo for several years.
