TBH, this was my very first time driving an EV. It was an experience but Omar was very helpful with the entire process!
The vehicle was clean and the ride was extremely smooth.
My grandsons really loved it!!!
The communication was clear and prompt.
He was extremely understanding to the fact that it was my first time to drive an EV and he made my return process comfortable.
My initial reservation had cancelled on me a day prior
Therefore it made the situation stressful to say the least.
Thank you Omar for providing the ease that I was looking for while in town with my family.
Would seek him out again in the future for care rental service!!
