The quality of the car was not good at all. It was smoking and needed an oil change in which I had to go and get it changed. No buttons in the car radio worked.

Everything was great, and easy as far as booking, pick up, drop off, and commutation. Alvin, and his staff were great as usual.

Car itself was a little outdated. Couldn't charge phone, interior was old, no Bluetooth hook up, it really need a good maintenance job, middle arm rest was broken, and driver side door holder was as well. Other than that the car actually drove great and I had no major problems and would rent it again if I had to but it wouldn't be a top 25 choice.

Alvin is very cool and I definitely recommend booking with him as I always do, and will continue to do so.

Worst host and worst car I've ever rented on turo

I feel this car should be retired from the fleet. Check engine light was on for some issue, which disabled traction control (so not very safe if roads are wet). Tires were not in good shape. The stereo would turn off randomly. Bluetooth audio would intermittently stop working and at least one speaker in the back was blown and caused the sound to crackle annoyingly. Driver side exterior lock was missing the button. Door interior panel was hanging off when I opened the door (uploaded lots of pics to turo before driving it) and lots of interior issues as well. Thankfully it didn't break down while I was using it, but still would not of chosen that car if there was accurate images on turo of it. Quite disappointed in the vehicle quality.
