Great experience overall! The process was smooth, communication was good, and everything was handled professionally. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the car, which was disappointing, but I appreciate the service provided and hope the issue can be addressed. Overall, a good experience, and I would recommend them to others

There were miscommunications with details of the trip due to there being multiple people involved. However, not the fault of the host.

Morganne booked my sonata for local pick up at my lot. She arrived at airport expecting the car to be at airport. I explained no you didnt choose airport delivery and you need to change to delivery. She refused to change it and after 48 hours later after the trip started, she wanted a mutual cancellation for a full refund and even threatened to give me a bad review if i didnt agree to a refund. It was her fault for not booking airport refusing to pick it up at my lot. She tried to blackmail me.
