Just a bunch of scratches and dents on the car the inside was pretty bad with cigarette burns and dirt seats but was a good drive

Complications during pick up , car was filthy , car had outside scratches and damages

I arrived for pick up at 7am Friday morning came all the way from the north to the west. I called and they said they would deliver for free before 9am and accommodated me with 2 more hrs and 150 extra miles I had to reschedule my apt at 9:30 because the car still wasn’t here and had to be cleaned , the car had a horrible smoke smell but over all I would rent again I just hope the communication is better next time
