Very clean and reliable

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental. The vehicle was more than 4,000 miles overdue for an oil change at the time of pickup, which raises serious concerns about maintenance and safety. Additionally, there was no windshield wiper fluid, forcing us to purchase our own. This became a safety issue when it rained—once the rain passed, dust and residue stuck to the windshield, significantly reducing visibility.

I promptly notified the owner about the overdue oil change and attempted multiple times to coordinate servicing. Communication was inconsistent and unresponsive; each time I reached out, a different person responded, assuring me they would follow up, but no timely action was taken. It took 1–2 days to receive any concrete response, and even then, no service was completed.

At one point, I was asked to provide my hotel address so the car could be picked up, but no one ever came, and there was no follow-through. We requested a vehicle swap since we relied on the car and expected it to be properly maintained before our trip. However, we were told that the individual contacting us was only responsible for handling the oil change and could not assist with a swap.

Ultimately, no effort was made to service or address these issues before the end of the rental period. The lack of proper maintenance, poor communication, and failure to resolve basic concerns made this a frustrating and unacceptable experience.
