Honestly, it was a mess from the beginning. Like yes I got a car.. but 1 hour before my trip, my 1st car was cancelled because they booked it for someone else but called it a maintenance issue. They put me in a different car, cool. I get to the lot, and that car has been damaged (they didn’t even know about it till 5 mins before I arrived) so they can’t put me in that one.. after 35 mins I was finally put into the original reservation vehicle (I thought someone had booked it?) and gave me that car..
it had burn holes in the seats yall. Yes it was a vehicle and for that I’m thankful, but the process and quality of the car, eh. Mediocre.

Still waiting on refund of full amount. Returned vehicle two days ago at the circle k spoke to the host via phone and text and was told I would receive my full refund and I have not! He dropped me off a vehicle with dry rotted tires I asked for s replacement he took all day to respond had me take it to their tire shop when it’s unsafe instead of sending me a replacement then I was driving made weird noise I pulled over to nearest gas station and there was a hole in the reveior completely empty burned i could have died due to their maintenance issue and unprofessionalism

The host were very nice and friendly and had great communication during the whole process I definitely recommend.

Drains gas like crazy and smells like smoke the entire time even after air freshener. However, the car got me from A to B with no issues so that’s what I purchased it for.
