I am grateful for the opportunity to drive 1 of your cars. I did have to swap my first option due to the back left tail light not working. The second car was fine but it smelled like weed the whole time i had that car. .. I was able to finally get rid of that smell or at least attempted to. I made host aware before i left the gate so i wouldn't be blamed for it.Again thank you for the opportunity.

Communication is terrible and direction to getting access to vehicle is misleading

Car was clean and drives well. Customer service was excellent and responses were quick.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
