Car was a bit dirty inside

My original booking was a 2025 corolla hatchback, but unfortunately it was not available a few hours before my rental starts. This company customer service associates and co-partners did their best to accommodate my booking. They were responsive and professional. The pickup and drop off process can be confusing, but they managed to assist me the best they could. Lastly, their response time was quick; normal within minutes.

Do NOT book with this company. There are several other options, they may cost more, but save yourself the trouble and book with them. My friend and I landed at night, looked through the directions, photo and location of the car, and spent over half an hour searching for it before we decided to reach out to the host and ask for help. She repeatedly told us that we were in the correct area and had to just keep looking. We adamently told her that the car was not there - but she did not believe us. Another half hour later we started to panic, thinking this company was a scam. Eventually someone else reached out to us. She sent us completely different information -- different location, different license plate number, different car from what we had spent the last hour searching for. We had to board a new bus to get to this new location, which took an additional hour. The entire process took over 2 hours. The entire time I had the car (which worked fine), I was still worried that this company was a scam after the poor customer service, and didn't have peace of mind. Save yourself stress/time and book with a legitimate rental service at the airport.
