Han was one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend booking with him.
While having the key as your phone is convenient - it becomes super inconvenient when using valet. Would have been nice to have the physical key.

Good experience overall, but communication could have been improved. There was accident on the road resulted in delay in delivery, but timely communication wasn’t made. Car was fairly clean, and very reasonably priced.
