Car was clean and ran fine. Pickup was a rude experience. There was no communication on either side what time pick up of the car would be. Pavlo texted an hour after the window for rental started asking for my ETA. I responded that I’d be there in half an hour. I arrive and he gives me attitude for being late. Tells me that I had up to 2 hours otherwise I would have not have been able to pick up the car. Good to know, except I was well within the 2 hour window, and there was no communication of an exact time. I apologized to be polite but would prefer not to do business with him again.
For future renters, I want to clarify that I called three times before pickup and got no response. I also messaged 40 minutes after the trip start for ETA, and you replied 30 minutes later saying you would arrive in another 30 minutes. When you arrived, 1.5 hours after scheduled time. I simply explained the pickup window policy. If that explanation was perceived as a “rude experience,” it likely came from the frustration around the delayed pickup rather than any lack of communication on my side.

Nice host. Car was clean and easy to drive with great MPG. Ran into a small problem with a tire towards the end of the trip and the host was able to meet me at a gas station to help me.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
