I will turning in a complaint to the CFPB due to the fact that you guys seem to be attempting to or are running a scam with the assistance of Turo and now I have been banned from the platform after seeking a review of your scam, the attorney general of Indiana will know as well, i have all traffic and recorded phone calls from this. I have done nothing wrong and was very polite, you just wanted to take money that doesn’t belong to you and I also paid already.
You guys kicked me from the platform because you allowed a host to go against your own policies and try and invoice me and when I didn’t just pay it and requested a review you kicked me from the platform, that seems very fishy and scammy. The BBB will know of this complaint as well. And a formal investigation will be requested from my spouse connections through the federal government because I believe I am not the only victim of this attempt to taken from me through fraudulent measures.
If I could give this app 5 “0 stars” I would. You are allowing your host to scam and because you get a fee you say nothing. Well get prepared for a big investigation and possibly lawsuits for discrimination against me.
