First time using Turo. My 1st rental was cancelled but I’m not certain why. However, I quickly received the option to rent another vehicle and notification that the refund for the difference in the rentals had been processed. The 2nd rental point of contact was excellent in communications. Upon drop-off I even received help with my bags. Good experience overall.
