Horrible experience
The host says something and then goes back on his word instead of owning up to their mistakes putting the burden on the customer
Spent more time dealing with issue back and forth instead of enjoying the car
Don't wish this on any other person
This is a statement of someone whom did not get there way nothing she asked for was included in what I was offering. Very stressful once again.
