Car was good, needed a few things, (needs a front license plate) overall good host answered every question.

The pickup instructions were excellent, and I was able to locate and access the car quickly without any issues. However, the next morning the car would not start because the battery appeared to be dead. I requested roadside assistance, expecting that this would be covered by either Turo or the host since the issue was not caused by me.
Instead, I was charged an additional $100 for the assistance, even though I didn’t do anything to cause the battery problem. I don’t think it’s fair for a guest to be responsible for that type of expense when the vehicle itself has a mechanical issue.
After the battery was jump-started, I was hesitant to use the car and avoided driving it for nearly 12 hours because I was worried the same problem would happen again. Once I finally started driving, the car performed fine for the rest of the trip. Other than the unexpected battery issue and the extra charge, everything else was okay.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
