The car continued running hot , the ac didn’t blow I was not happy with the outcome. She tried to offer me a suburban. There are to different cars from what I rented at first. This one whole experience was very much upsetting I always rented from TURO, then tried to added late fees to running hot car I spent my money on . That’s not the way you do business.
