Great communication. I would change your notes to say exit at baggage claim 4 not 6. Also car is extremely filthy and it’s not dust from just sitting at the airport parking lot. If I wasn’t in a rush I would never have taken this vehicle.

Baggage claim door 6 is the best route to curb 4 shuttle like the video. This car is 10 years old. Is cleaned at the car wash before every trip. You had a one day airport rental and 5am pickup and chose the older car. We have newer cars available they just cost more. Car was washed and dropped off the night before your rental. Guest with long rentals have access to all of the Quick Quack car washes in Texas if needed free during there rental. We have 150 5 star reviews. Sorry you had 4 stars.
