Over all it was ok, but car was not clean its dirty when provided, smell bad, car headlights are not good so had trouble driving car at night especially during rainy night when road was wet.

We appreciate your feedback. But the issues highlighted were never shared or informed about during the trip. The car was all clean and no odour could be found while handing over the vehicle. At end of trip giving such review is not justified at all.

Car was in terrible condition with engine light on

The car was dropped off at IAH in good drivable condition with no any dashboard light. Guest took the car from IAH Ecopark with no check engine light as seen in pictures and drove smoothly out of ecopark. Infact check engine light came after driving about 14 miles. He right away went for cancelling the trip with turo support. As a host I was never called by the guest regarding trip cancellation. Guest drove the car quite roughly and left car.
Amazing host, rental car was great and the pricing and service was very affordable and phenomenal. Will definitely rent again!
