Initially did not pick this car, was substituted and offered this car. Delayed my meetings and plans by 3 hours amid it being the reason I came to Houston. Customer service from turo in these situations are terrible as well

We’d like to clarify that the tire was damaged by a nail or sharp object while in use. The vehicle alerted with a warning, but continued driving caused further and irreparable damage to the tire and contributed to the other concerns mentioned.

Diego was great, very responsive, and quick to fix any issues with the car! Would absolutely use his services again.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
